In 2004 I resigned from my corporate position, took the leap of faith and followed my heart & my passion to become a professional makeup artist.  For many years I was known as the “natural beauty” artist.  I consistently delivered natural, clean & simple makeup application.  It warmed my heart each time my beauties saw the amazing results in the mirror.  Although I enjoyed applying makeup I really loved educating women on proper skincare routines and basic makeup application.  In 2009 I advanced my career and became a licensed esthetician.  By this time I had become a skincare expert and many ladies had questions and wanted to increase their beauty knowledge.  Therefore, for several years I offered skin and beauty workshops to meet those request.

I have always been interested in the ingredients that are in our everyday skin and body products. Through my studies I found that many skincare products contained toxic ingredients. I studied to see what ingredients were healthy for the skin.  In 2016 my ingredient knowledge led me to create a line of body sugar scrubs that I only sold to my family and friends.  

Through my faith in God, perseverance by overcoming adversities and my 110% support from my amazing husband Mario - Masika Naturals skin and body products officially launched April 2017. The body care line consist of natural body sugar scrubs and natural body butters.  As of July 2019 we are now known as Masika Radiance and will be expanding with a natural body wash along with facial products targeting anti-aging & hyperpigmentation issues.
